Having spent his entire career in WPP agencies, Graham (pronouns he/him) has worked across multiple departments, clients, agencies and countries across the world. After growing up on the family farm in Scotland he graduated The University of Glasgow -- the first generation in his family to do so. London followed; Graham started as an account management grad at The & Partnership London before moving to the formidable RKCR/Y&R, now known as VMLY&R London. The move marked the start of his 12-year run with the company.

In 2012, Graham relocated to New York to become Chief of Staff to former Y&R CEO, David Sable. In this role, he drove the vision of the CEO office across all global markets working to enable the corporate strategy. Following his stint at Y&R, Graham transferred to WPP's leading mobile marketing agency, iconmobile where he ran design and innovation projects as Global Business Lead for Procter & Gamble. In 2018, he returned to VMLY&R a member of their Advisory division in 2018.

Today, Graham is Managing Director, Strategy and Insights where he is focused on the growth of customer experience capabilities for agency and client partners. He is also the Global Chair of VMLY&R's LGBTQ+ employee resource group. With the goal of building the most inclusive company possible Graham has helped lead a passionate VMLY&R team to it’s first Human Right’s Campaign 100% score and become a ‘Best Place to work for LGBTQ’ equality and actively building the internal ERG community, now at some 200 LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies in over 20 countries, 35 offices globally.

Graham lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his bike and field hockey sticks and has no cats or dogs.
