Very few agencies have a Creative Operations Director, but it’s a role that’s integral to both collaboration and efficiency at Zulu. In that role, Christina is an extension of the CCO. And while she strives for operational excellence for the team, Christina’s key focus is nurturing Zulu’s creative and production talent. Additionally, her role recently expanded to championing Zulu’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion – developing initiatives that foster a more inclusive industry for Black, Indigenous and People of Colour.
