Elizabeth Brady is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing, Customer and Communications Officer. She is also a member of Allstate’s Operating Committee. Brady leads marketing for all the corporation’s brands, as well as enterprise innovation efforts, internal and external communication and corporate philanthropy. Her creativity and insights help us serve customers and more effectively leverage customer connectivity, technology and analytics. Before joining Allstate, Brady was Senior Vice President, Global Brand Management, at Kohler Co., where she led marketing and communications across four businesses and 33 global brands. She has also held senior leadership positions at Publicis and BBDO. Throughout her career, Brady has been a proven leader in innovative retail marketing, brand strategies and creative solutions for some of the world’s most talked about brands.

Brady earned her bachelor’s in journalism from the University of Kansas and her MBA from Maryville University. She serves as a trustee for The Allstate Foundation and is a board member of Marwen, a Chicago nonprofit that provides visual arts programs to young people in under-resourced communities.
