Carmine is an expert at making big ideas achieve their full
potential. His career includes working as an art director/designer
at some of the world’s largest advertising agencies, including
McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Grey Worldwide.
His client roster has included Pfizer brands, UPMC (University of
Pittsburgh Medical Center) Lilly, Kaiser Permanente, 3M, and
L’Oréal products, just to name a few. His primary focus and
passion are in unifying verbal and visual messaging across the
brands, in all channels, and presenting a fully integrated look, feel,
and tone.
He knows how to manage teams and is an expert in implementing
a dynamic and integrated workflow process crucial to keeping
up with the fast pace of marketing and communications in the
21st century.
His work on Advil won 2 David Ogilvy Awards for integration and
mobile. It was also named one of the most effective ads to run
during its 2016 Super Bowl launch.
Currently, Carmine is working as VP, Associate Creative Director at
McCann Health, continuing his love for marketing and advertising
in the pharmaceutical category. In his 3-plus years at McCann
Health, Carmine has worked on 2 successful launches and has run
the launch for a Lilly migraine medication, starting from the ground
up on DTC, HCP, and global efforts. In the process, he received
many prestigious awards for his DSE work on the migraine launch
brand. He has also worked on and led several pharma pitches,
securing one of the biggest wins at McCann Health in 2020.
His vast experience and knowledge have created the perfect
balance of fresh thinking in many categories across
all marketing disciplines.
