Ms. Molly Kinsella is the Vice President, Creative Services at Best Buy. Her responsibilities include setting the strategic direction and execution of the look, feel and voice of the Best Buy brand. Under her leadership, Best Buy has formed internal capabilities and teams for the ideation, development of and execution of all advertising for the company, including the reinvention of the Best Buy brand in 2018. Ms. Kinsella joined Best Buy in 2012 and has served in a variety of marketing leadership roles, including positions in Brand and Category Marketing. Prior to Best Buy, she spent seven years at Target and at various advertising agencies.
