As Chief Strategy Officer of Zambezi, Jill Burgeson leads all strategic efforts for the agency, and
cross-communications work for a variety of top brand clients including Ultimate Kronos Group,
Traeger Grills, The TaylorMade Golf Company, and Experience Kissimmee. Jill also spearheads
Zambezi X, a female research insights practice which helps brands understand the cultural
context of consumers while curating direct conversations with women.

Jill is a 20-year veteran of the industry and has held a variety of marketing and agency side
roles. Prior to Zambezi, she was a Vice President of Marketing at Fender, and led its partnership
with Jimmy Page. She has also helped create culturally relevant work at Deutsch,
TBWA\Chiat\Day, McKinney, and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and has led brand strategy on
award-winning work for Visa, Logitech, Mizuno, and Taco Bell. Additionally, Jill served as
Director of Strategy and Partner at the boutique ad agency SUPERMOON, working with clients
TrueCar, Bolthouse Farms, GoFundMe, and TripAdvisor.
