A life-long 4th generation New Yorker, Belle wears her Queens roots proudly. The daughter of two NYC teachers, she started wandering the Village at 12 and takes pride in knowing the names of all the bridges and tunnels into Manhattan as well as the bodies of water they cross. The first place she took her new driver’s license was to Jones Beach with her high school buddies.

Belle oversees strategy across the VMLY&R healthcare brands. She has vast experience in strategy and creative development leveraging her extensive research background. She is recognized for her ability to translate research into human insight-based stories. Belle was one of the founders of BrandAsset Valuator, the world’s largest brand equity model and database and has consulted on strategy across nearly EVERY product category. Belle has shared her perspective on healthy aging with members of many industry associations and helps our clients across categories.

Belle has a BA in French from Tufts University and a master’s from Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she studied human development and communication. She teaches research at the City University of New York master’s program in Branding & Integrated Communications and is an active member of the ARF. Belle published, The Advertising On-Ramp, to inspire new marketing communications people. She coauthored several articles, including “Reinventing Qualitative Research.” Belle has won industry awards and has served on many juries including Effies and The One Show. She is a 2019 inductee in the MM&M Hall of Femme
