As Director of Talent at Mekanism, Amanda leads all talent related initiatives including employee acquisition and retention, career development programs, and diversity equity, and inclusion. Amanda’s unique ability to find creative talent excited to make work that matters, combined with her passion for mentorship and development, has allowed Mekanism to become a leading agency that attracts the industry’s top talent. Prior to working at Mekanism, Amanda helped lead creative recruitment at agencies including Barkley and Crispin Porter Bogusky. Outside of work Amanda likes to conquer DIY projects with her husband and be outdoors as much as possible.
