Nicole is Creative Principal, Brand Experience at Hamburg-based agency Kolle Rebbe.

With more than 15 years of experience in the creative and digital industries, she has a strong focus on all areas of digital campaigns, interactive design, mobile, social media, branded content and brand experience.

Nicole started her career as an interactive designer and became digital creative director soon afterward. Since then she has been working for Germany's most renowned agencies: Ogilvy & Mather, Jung von Matt, Heimat and currently Kolle Rebbe.

Nicole has worked for many national and international brands such as Audible, MINI, PlayStation, o2/Telefonica, Netflix, Audible and PETA. Many of her projects have been recognized by major award shows like ADC, D&AD, Clio, OneShow, New York Festivals, Eurobest...

Throughout her career she has worked as a professional coach for young creatives at academies and agencies, mentoring, running workshops and giving lectures.
