As the Co-Head of Strategy at VBP, Katy leads the brand strategy discipline with an approach that blends business rigor with cultural foresight. In her first 18 months she has led the agency's growth with key new business wins, established the agency's upstream innovation practice on 3M and propelled Chipotle to the Super Bowl for the first time. Prior to VBP, she held leadership roles at MotherLA and Droga5, and began her career at Anomaly New York. She has been awarded six Effies in five different categories, winning gold for both IHOB in the restaurants category and The Clinton Foundation's NotThere.org [notthere.org] launch in the media idea category.
