For the Executive Creative Summit, Educators Summit, Portfolio Reviews, Recruiting and Coffee Chats, the link will be available on the Stage page. If you are looking to join one of these meetings, please ensure your Zoom Client is up to date.

You will receive an automated email asking you to reset your password. This email may take up to five minutes to appear in your inbox, please refresh your inbox and check your spam filter. 

If you do not receive a reset email, let us know and you can request a manual password reset. Please include your first name, last name, and the email address email address associated with your registration, when requesting a password reset.

All registered attendees should have received a confirmation email from The One Club for Creativity.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, the easiest way to check your registration status is by requesting a password reset, using the email address with which you registered. 

If you do not receive a link to reset your password, you are likely not registered for the event under that email address.

If you believe you should be registered, but are receiving a password reset error, please let us know along with your first name, last name, and the email address email address associated with your registration and we will check our database.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, you check your registration status by requesting a password reset using the email address associated with your registration.

If your email is not recognized, please check with your Primary Registrant (the first person in your group) to make sure they added you as an Additional Attendee.

Most sessions from Creative Week will be available for playback 24-48 hours after they air! You can keep an eye on the video archive page for updates throughout the week. 

Certain sessions require participation or are closed door conversations and will not be recorded, these include: Coffee Chats, Recruiting and Reviewing, and Executive Creative Summit. 

Some embedded sessions will start muted -- this is required by newer browsers for some types of embedded videos.

To unmute those sessions or raise the volume, hover over the video player to reveal volume controls in the bottom right corner. 

For embedded sessions on the Main Stage, Agency Stage and Awards Stage, try refreshing the page. Alternately, try clicking the Join Now button in the schedule widget located below the video player. 

For sessions that require you to join a meeting (Educators Summit, Recruiting, Reviewing, Coffee Chats, Executive Creative Summit), please check the Join Now button on the schedule. This button should appear ten (10) minutes before the start of the session.
