Shayne Millington

Co-Chief Executive Officer, McCann New York


Shayne Millington, Co-Chief Creative Officer, is one of the top awarded creative directors in the world having won the Titanium Lion and Grand Prix honors at Cannes, a D&AD Black Pencil and a Grand Clio for her work on Microsoft. Over the course of her career, she has won numerous accolades for her work on some of the most influential brands in the world. Microsoft, Macy’s, Verizon, Target, Nike, and Procter & Gamble have all benefitted from Shayne’s keen eye for detail and passion for craft.

Outside of the office, Shayne is an avid photographer and serves as a board member of the William Carlos Williams Center for the Arts. Shayne stays grounded by running including the New York City Marathon crossing the finish line in…well, let’s just say she finished before it got dark. Shayne lives in a home full of boys, with her two sons Cormac 11 and Alder 6, a French Bulldog puppy named Luther (which may go down as my worst decision ever due to mom guilt) and her insanely patient husband, Collin.

Pierre Lipton

Co-Chief Creative Officer, McCann New York


Pierre was named co-CCO at McCann New York in 2021, alongside Shayne Millington. With Shayne, Pierre leads McCann New York’s creative department, overseeing creative on all accounts, including Microsoft and Mastercard. He brings with him a record as one of the most award-winning creatives in the industry.

Pierre previously served as EVP, Global Executive Creative Director, McCann, and served as Global Creative Lead for Mastercard, where he actively restructured teams and processes to elevate the work, resulting in globally recognized work such as “True Name,” the first card that allowed Trans and Nonbinary persons to use their real names on their credit cards. The work won a Cannes Lions Grand Prix and dozens of other global and regional awards. The campaign had also pressured competing credit card companies, and financial institutions, to follow suit and offer similar products. His work for other Mastercard campaigns has won dozens of global awards, including more Cannes Lions.

Pierre also served as creative lead for McCann’s “Generation Lockdown” campaign for the gun control advocacy group March For Our Lives, which won a Grand Prix for Good at Cannes and other major honors. His social-awareness-themed 2018 Super Bowl spot for Verizon, “Answering The Call,” won 4 Cannes Lions and was named a Top 5 Super Bowl spot by Fast Company.

Prior to McCann, Pierre served as Chief Creative Officer at 360i. Under his leadership, the agency was ranked #4 globally in Cyber in the 2016 Cannes Global Creativity Report and earned a place on Advertising Age’s prestigious A-List four years running. Before that, he was CCO and Founding Partner of M&C Saatchi New York, which he joined as employee #2 and helped design from the ground up. He held senior creative roles at AKQ, BBDO, Fallon and TBWA Pierre has an M.F.A. in acting from the New School (where was the first person accepted into the Actor’s Studio program) and a B.A. in English Literature from McGill. He lives in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife and their two children.
