Who's mentoring whom?

A conversation with Meg Beckum, ECD of Elmwood, a global branding consultancy and Dee Dalencour, a designer/animator at Elmwood's New York Office. Dee started at Elmwood as an intern and Meg says she has learned as much from her, as Dee has learned from her. Meg says "being vulnerable" as a manager is essential to having the conversations that bridge experiences and differences - bringing diverse perspectives to the thinking, strategy and ultimately the work.
